Hi, I’m Angelica. I’ve been an eclectic clinical massage therapist for the last 11 years and eclectic person for much longer than that (keeping personal bio brief for now, but perhaps more on that soon). I’m interested in helping people find care for their bodies and relief from pain, especially those who work in the service industry and various trades.

I have added acupuncture to my toolkit to expand how I work in a number of ways; mainly I use needles as an extension of my myofascial work that follows patterns of tension in the body. Acupuncture also allows me to work in different settings that may be accommodating to more people. It is important to note that I include low and non-needle techniques for those who aren’t comfortable with needles.

Massage and Acupuncture sessions are offered on Sundays at the Evergreen building on Capitol Hill as well as Mondays and Tuesday inside Black Dolphin. These massage treatments utilize myofascial techniques, Shiatsu, deep tissue, bone listening and slide cupping. Acupuncture is always optional and usually addressed with you beforehand. Each treatment is designed to effectively address each condition, constitution and preference.
